End User License Agreement for TravelConvert
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the TravelConvert mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. License Grant
Stack Commander grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App
- Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Stack Commander or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the App
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
TravelConvert Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:
- Monthly Subscription: $2.99 per month
- Yearly Subscription: $9.99 per year
3.2 Payment and Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
3.3 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered:
- The free trial period lasts for the specified duration
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
3.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Stack Commander.
5. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://stackcommander.com/privacy/
The App may collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and use.
6. Currency Exchange Rates
- Exchange rates are provided for informational purposes only
- Rates are obtained from third-party sources and may not reflect real-time market rates
- Stack Commander makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rate data
- You should not rely solely on the App for financial decisions or transactions
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Stack Commander does not warrant that:
- The App will meet your requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STACK COMMANDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stack Commander and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
10. Modifications to the App
Stack Commander reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
11. Modifications to Terms
Stack Commander reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Apple-Specific Terms
- These Terms are between you and Stack Commander only, not with Apple Inc.
- Stack Commander, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranties
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce these Terms against you

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stack Commander regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
