Company refund policy
This page covers software you buy on stackcommander.com. App Store purchases follow Apple’s refund rules.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Email support@stackcommander.com if a download failed, you were charged twice, or the app does not run on a supported Mac. Include the email used at checkout and the Paddle receipt if you have it.
You can also contact Paddle about billing and returns for an order they processed.
